Occasionally parents may feel that issues with the School or its staff have not been handled to their satisfaction.
Whilst we do all we can to minimise such situations, we fully acknowledge that parents should have the right to make a complaint.
Complaints can be made in the following ways:
1) IN WRITING, marked for the attention of the Head Teacher, Mr J Kerfoot.
2) BY EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title "Complaint" in the subject bar.
